Personal Bio
|
Following medical school, Dr. Lee completed residencies in
Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery at the
University of Rochester, NY. During his General Surgery residency, he
spent two years at the University
of Virginia as a
post-doctoral fellow in physiology, specializing in the regulation of
coronary blood flow. After completing his training in thoracic surgery,
Dr. Lee joined the Department of Surgery at the University of Chicago,
where he remained for eight years. In 1990 he joined the staff of LaGrange Memorial Hospital.
In 1997 he joined the group practice of Cardiac Surgery Associates, S.C.. He has primarily practiced at LaGrange Hospital
and Ingalls
Hospital, and is
Director of Cardiac Surgery at Ingalls. His practice includes all aspects
of adult cardiac surgery.
